After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight back home from Zanzibar.

Day 12 & 13

After breakfast transfer to the East Coast of Zanzibar Island for 3nights. You will have a choose of relaxing at the beach or alternatively you can book directly excursions or water sports activities.

Overnight at Blue Bay Beach Resort.

Day 9

Manyara to Zanzibar

Last day in the Northern circuit, depart with picnics and enjoy a morning game drive en route to Manyara airstrip to connect a schedule flight to Zanzibar or a drive to Arusha town.


Day 5

Ngorongoro to Serengeti

After breakfast depart with picnics and drive to Serengeti national park with game drive en route to the lodge. Afternoon game drive in Serengeti National Park.

The Serengeti is probably the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world. Within its 15,000sq km area it hosts 3 million large mammals. More than 35 species of plain animals- zebra, wildebeest, eland, giraffe, and others are found here. And so for the big five: elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhino.

The park is the staging zone for one the most spectacular events in the natural world- the annual migration of wildebeest. This commences around June when over 1 million wildebeest, zebra and gazelle head for the Maasai Mara in Kenya in search of pasture. They are followed closely by the predators of the savannah-lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures. The Serengeti also has over 500 species of birds. Dinner and overnight at the Serengeti Sopa Lodge.


Day 2

Arusha- Tarangire

After breakfast, depart with picnic lunch for Tarangire National Park at 0800hrs.

The park covers 2850 sq. km, Tarangire is famous of its herds of up to 300 elephants scratch the dry river bed for underground streams, while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland crowd the shrinking lagoons. It's the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem - a smorgasbord for predators and the one place in Tanzania where dry-country antelope such as the stately fringe-eared oryx and peculiar long-necked gerenuk are regularly observed. Day 11

After breakfast depart for a guided tour with a boat trip to the Prison Island, the former prison for slaves and quarantine station for Zanzibar is an absolute worthwhile experience. Here you will also experience giant tortoises in the wild. Lunch in a local restaurant at 36degres. Late in the afternoon, drive back to stone town

Day 8

Serengeti to Lake Manyara

Depart with picnics and drive to Lake Manyara with game drive en route. The park covers 330 sq. km, 70% of which is occupied by the lake. The varied ecosystem consists of ground water forests, acacia woodland and open grassland along the lakeshore and sustains a wealth of wildlife, including the Big Five -lion, elephant, leopard, rhino and buffalo. The park is famous for the exclusive tree-climbing lions that inhabit the woodland between the lake and the Rift Valley. It is also an ornithologists’ paradise and is host to over 400 species of birds.

Day 4

Crater Tour

Early morning depart with picnics and descend into the crater for a crater tour. The drive commences with the 600 m descent to the crater floor, a magnificent natural amphitheatre. Covering 260sq. km, the crater is an attraction in its own right and is one of the wonders of the natural world. The crater supports a year round resident population of a variety of wildlife. You will have no trouble spotting lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and many species of plain animals-wildebeest, zebra, reedbuck, Thompson gazelle and many more. Enjoy picnic lunch on the crater floor. Late afternoon ascend back to the lodge.

Day 1

Day 1:

Karibu Tanzania!   Arrive Kilimanjaro Airport. EX?? Flight to be advised, proceed through custom control and collect your luggage. Meet and greet by your driver with a warm welcome.  55 minutes transfer to Arusha. Palace Hotel, enjoy dinner and overnight


Day 10

On arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to Zanzibar Serena Inn in Stone Town. Afternoon Stone Town tour.

This tour commences with a visit to Zanzibar’s colourful market. Alive with the buzz of locals bartering fresh vegetables and baskets of tropical fruit, amongst the heady smell of Jack fruit (and many other exotic fruits) we continue on to the site of the cathedral built in 1874. The cathedral signifies a potent time in Zanzibar’s history and stands on the sight of a past slave market, its high altar standing on the exact site of the whipping post. Slavery was abolished in 1873 through a decree passed by the then current Sultan of Zanzibar. From here we visit the residence of the late Sultans of Zanzibar, ‘Tip Tip House’, the Old Fort, ‘Peoples Palace’ and the House of Wonders’, full of intrigue and vivid history from a bygone era. The tour ends with a stroll through the narrow streets of the old stone town, the heart of Zanzibar’s vivacious history.

Day 6 & 7

Serengeti National Park

Enjoy full day game drive in the endless plains of the Serengeti for a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade with options of picnic lunch or hot lunch at the lodge.

Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge. 


Day 3

Tarangire - Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Early morning game drive in Tarangire, depart with picnics from the lodge and drive to Ngorongoro via Mto wa Mbu.

The village of Mto wa Mbu (pop: 18,000) is set in the green, fertile area. The friendly residents have a unique culture in which you may find it interesting to share. You will walk around with your driver guide and shop for a few minutes and then head out for Ngorongoro. Dinner and overnight Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.
